Capcom’s next detective game, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, will launch exclusively on the eShop in the West this September.
“The title will be released as a digital download in the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo 3D family of systems in North America and Europe in September,” Capcom announced today. Spirit of Justice will cost $29.99/ £24.99/ €29.99.
The previous title in the series, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, was also exclusive to the eShop in the West when it released in October 2013.
Both Spirit of Justice and Dual Destinies saw physical releases in Japan.
Ace Attorney 6 (known as Gyakuten Saiban 6 in Japan), debuts in Japan next month. An eShop demo was made available to owners of Japanese Nintendo 3DS yesterday.
Yesterday, Nintendo News published an interview with Limited Run Games owner Josh Fairhurst. His job is to bring popular digital-only titles to physical form, but he outlined some of the challenges involved with that process.
