Nintendo applied for a special Pokémon Sun & Moon demo with Korea’s game content rating board on Friday, one day after the Nintendo Direct.
With the next pair of Pokémon games set to launch worldwide on Nintendo 3DS this November, The Pokémon Company seems to be readying a special demo for eager Trainers. Specifically, Nintendo Co., Ltd. applied for the trial software with South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee, or GRAC.
If the upcoming Alolan region games receive the same treatment as the current games, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Trainers should see the special demo distributed via serial codes or download software on Nintendo eShop. The ORAS demo even featured exclusive content separate from the main games, such as scenarios and items.
As a reminder, the next scoop of Pokémon Sun & Moon news will arrive on September 6.
Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon debuts in North America and Japan on November 18. Both games launch in Europe a few days later on November 23.
