Minecraft Chinese Mythology DLC Arrives in October

The next installment of Minecraft DLC, titled “Minecraft Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack,” arrives in early October, a new trailer details.

According to a description for the upcoming content, players can “explore ancient temples hidden among the cherry blossoms and survive the night at the Great Wall.” Other points of interest include scenic streets in an ancient great city, mountain-dwelling dragons, and pandas.

In addition, the Chinese Mythology Mash-up content will pack in 41 new skins, 13 themed music tracks, and a special map for the Battle mini-game, the game’s four-player deathmatch mode that released in June as a free update.

The new DLC joins a handful of other mash-up packs including those themed after Greek mythology, Halloween, Mass Effect, and Skyrim. The Minecraft Chinese Mythology add-on content will cost $3.99.

The trailer below provides a real-time look at the new DLC Pack. Feel free to let us know if you plan on trying it out.
