The plastic wheel — currently only available in white — features artwork for the upcoming racing title with the game’s official logo set in the middle of the accessory; the top portion of the wheel comfortably houses the Wii Remote. Design wise, there doesn’t seem to be too much of a difference between this and the former racing wheel released for Mario Kart Wii.
The Mario Kart 8 Racing Wheel is currently set to be released on Friday, May 23rd — just one week before Mario’s newest installment in the Mario Kart series hits retailer shelves and the Nintendo Wii U eShop.
